# Invite and Manage Team Members

Your team shares one organization and its events, styles, and templates. Team members are not restricted to individual groups. You can invite colleagues without a per-seat charge.

[Open Team in the app](https://app.add-to-calendar-pro.com/team)

## Choose the appropriate role

| Role | Access |
| :--- | :--- |
| **Member** | Works with the organization's events, styles, and templates. |
| **Admin** | Also manages team access, organization settings, the plan, and API keys. |

Use Member for people who organize events. Give Admin access to people responsible for access or account administration.

## Invite someone

1. As an admin, open **Team**.
2. Enter the person's email under **Invite team member**.
3. Choose **Send invite**.
4. Ask them to open the invitation email and complete acceptance.

Invitations expire after **7 days**. Until accepted, the table shows **Invited**. Use **Re-send invite** beside that person if they need a fresh invitation.

If the app reports that the user already belongs to another organization, do not keep resending the same invite. Check which account they want to use and contact support if you need help resolving access.

## Review the team table

The table shows the name/email, role, **TFA** status, and **Last Access**. For invited people, it shows invitation information instead of a normal login history.

TFA means two-factor authentication. For a Google or GitHub login, the app shows the external provider rather than an app-managed TFA status; security for that login is managed with the provider.

Use this overview when colleagues join, change responsibilities, or leave.

## Change a role

As an admin, use **Make admin** or **Remove admin rights** beside another active team member. Your own row is marked **This is you** instead of offering those actions.

If you need to hand over administration, promote another active member first. Ask another admin to change your role when needed.

## Remove someone's access

Remove admin rights first if the person is an admin. Then use the delete action beside their member row and confirm the removal.

Events and templates belong to the organization, so removing a colleague does not delete those shared items. It removes their team access. You can invite them again later if needed.

Deleting your own account is a different action under **Settings → User**. If you are the last remaining user, that can delete the organization and all its data. See [Account settings](/application-manual/settings).
